Wearing Short Clothes for Men in Public Places
Is it permissible for a man to wear knee-length or slightly shorter sports shorts and exercise in public places?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: The knee is part of the 'awrah, so it is not permissible to uncover it; therefore, the clothing must cover it. And God knows best.
