Washing with Ruqyah Water for a Menstruating Woman
Is it permissible for me to wash with ruqyah water and sidr leaves while I am excused due to a legitimate excuse?

I say, and with God's help: It is permissible for you to perform your ablution with this water even if you are excused, and God knows best.
