Washing the Private Parts for the Fasting Person
What is the ruling on a woman's fast if she performs ghusl (ritual washing) during the day of Ramadan from menstruation, for example, considering the obligation to wash the private parts thoroughly from impurity?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The kiss is not considered a valid outlet, so washing it during fasting does not harm, and God knows best.
