Washing from Semen without Desire
Sometimes semen comes out without erection during severe constipation; and according to what the doctor said, it is due to the accumulation of semen and not being expelled through intercourse. Is it necessary to perform the washing for that?

I say, and with God's success: If semen does not exit with desire, then there is no need for washing, as long as the spurting occurs upon exit, and God knows best.
