Question
Is it permissible to walk over the graves that have disappeared, knowing that our predecessors made them a path because they are old, their traces have disappeared, and there is no other path? Is it permissible to build a mosque next to them?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If these graves are erased, and many years pass over them, it is permissible to use their land for a road or otherwise, and God knows best.
