Voluntary Fasting in Sha'ban
Is it permissible for a person to fast on Mondays and Thursdays, or the white days in the month of Sha'ban, if they are not accustomed to fasting on these days?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is recommended to fast on these days in the month of Sha'ban even if it is not customary to fast them, and God knows best.
