Using Work Tools and Giving Them to Others
A man from the People of the Book takes tools from his job and related items, and gifts them to his family. Is it permissible for them to take and use them?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is not permissible for them to take it or use it; because it is considered usurpation, and God knows best.
