Using Wet Wipes for Istinja
A sick person cannot use water for istinja due to difficulty going to the bathroom, and uses wet wipes instead. Is his ablution valid?

I say, and with God's help: Using wet paper for istinja (cleaning after using the toilet) is sufficient; because purity is achieved with it even if there is no excuse, as the use of water is not a condition but purification is achieved with tissues. And God knows best.
