Using the Found Phone
A taxi driver found a phone in his car two months ago, and its owner has not claimed it yet. Is it permissible for him to use it?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: this phone is a find. If the driver who found it is poor, he may give it as charity to himself; and if he is rich, he should give it as charity to others, and God knows best.
