Using the financial sponsorship of the orphaned son for his other siblings

Question
My son has an orphan sponsorship amount from an association while he is in school, and my younger son is in kindergarten this year. Is it permissible for me to take his sponsorship and give it to my son who is in kindergarten?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: This money is the right of your son, which is designated for him, so it must be spent on him unless you account for the expenses of his food, drink, and others, which were equivalent to the value of this sponsorship. In that case, you can use the money that comes from the sponsorship in whatever you see fit at that time; because you have spent on him in accordance with the sponsorship, and God knows best.
