Using Something Other Than Water for Cleaning
Is it sufficient to rely solely on paper tissues to remove impurities during cleaning without using water?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is sufficient to use it for cleaning, but it is preferable for us to use water additionally for purification, and God knows best.
