Using Donation Funds for a Purpose Other Than Intended
A teacher is responsible for registering students for the Tawjihi exam, and at the same time, she is responsible for receiving donations from individuals to cover the needs of the students. Due to the shortage of registration funds for the Tawjihi exam and without any negligence on her part, the teacher was compelled to use the donation funds. What is the ruling on her action?
