I say, and with God's success: The spray breaks the fast; because it has a substance that enters the throat, and if one cannot do without it as stated by the doctor, his inability is considered ongoing. Anyone who is unable to fast and whose inability is ongoing must pay the compensation, which is feeding a poor person for each day. This can be given at the beginning of Ramadan, at its end, or after Ramadan, and it should be given to the poor. And God knows best.
