Using a Bank Loan for Purposes Other Than Intended
A sister wants to take a loan from the Islamic bank for construction, but her intention is to use the amount to buy a car. What is the ruling on that?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If the legal conditions are met to obtain an amount of money from the bank, its owner is allowed to dispose of it as he wishes, and God knows best.
