Use of State Land for Agriculture
A person has used the state land next to his house and has cultivated it with seasonal crops. Is this forbidden?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: What he has planted in it, if he was not authorized to do so, is not permissible for him, and he must give it in charity, and God knows best.
