I say, and with God's success: It is not permissible to perform Hajj without a mahram or husband, and it is not permissible to issue a fatwa for women traveling together for Hajj due to the effort required for Hajj that a woman cannot manage with other women; she needs someone to assist her from among men, and due to the temptation involved. Therefore, you should wait until it becomes possible for you to perform Hajj with a mahram. And God knows best.
