I say, and with God's success: It is permissible without dislike if it is transferred to his relative; due to the connection it brings; for Umm Kulthum bint 'Uqbah, may Allah be pleased with her, said: “The best charity is to a relative who is in need” as mentioned in Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 4: 77, Al-Mustadrak 1: 564, and Sunan Al-Darimi 1: 487. As in Al-Waqayah p. 228, and opening the door of care p. 543, and Allah knows best.
