Does a woman have to observe the legal waiting period or not? And if the answer is yes, when does it start, is it from the first utterance of divorce or upon the completion of legal procedures?

I say, and with God's success: A woman must adhere to the waiting period and its rulings regarding not adorning herself and not going out. The waiting period begins from the time of the woman's divorce, and God knows best.
