I say, and with God's success: The time for suhoor is at night until the true dawn, and it is recommended to delay it; for Ibn Umar  said that the Prophet  said: "We, the community of prophets, were commanded with three things: to hasten the breaking of the fast, to delay the suhoor, and to place the right hand over the left in prayer." In the small Sunnahs 3: 301, and in the knowledge of Sunnahs 7: 175, and in the small dictionary 1: 176, and in the middle dictionary 3: 238. And from Ya'la , the Prophet  said: "Three things that Allah, the Exalted, loves: hastening the breaking of the fast, delaying the suhoor, and striking the hands together in prayer." In the large dictionary 22: 263, and in the middle dictionary 7: 269, and Allah knows best.
