Time of Ending Night Prayer
In Turkey, they delay the Fajr call to prayer by half an hour after its time begins, and one hour before sunrise. Should the night prayer be performed before the call to prayer or before the time begins?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The time for the evening prayer remains until the time for dawn enters, and no voluntary prayers are performed except for the Sunnah of dawn after the time for dawn has entered. And God knows best.
