Those with Excuses
My relative has a broken leg and they put rods and plates in it, and she is prohibited from walking even to the bathroom. She has a urine bag and wants to read the Quran, what should she do? Should she perform tayammum?
Answer
You can perform tayammum and pray and read the Quran with tayammum if you are unable to perform wudu by yourself, and Allah knows best.
