I say, and with God's success: From Abu Huraira, may God be pleased with him, the Messenger of God said: "Two types of people from the people of Hell I have not seen: a people with whips like the tails of cows, striking the people with them, and women who are clothed yet naked, leaning toward and enticing others, their heads like the humps of camels leaning to one side. They will not enter Paradise, nor will they smell its fragrance, and its fragrance can be detected from a distance of such and such." (Reported by Muslim 2128), and God knows best.
