The Woman's Use of Kohl Outside the Home
There are people who believe that applying kohl to the eyes for women and going out with it is Sunnah, even if men see her. Is this statement correct, or is she considered to be showing off?

I say, and with God's guidance: If kohl is a beauty and temptation, it is forbidden for her to wear it in front of non-mahrams, and God knows best.
