A woman over sixty years old is called 'mother' by her sons-in-law. Is it permissible for her to greet them and be uncovered in front of them?

I say, and with God's help: If you reach an age where you are considered one of the elderly women, then shaking hands and uncovering is permissible; otherwise, it is not permissible. And God knows best.
