The Will for the Transfer of Property to the Husband

Question
My father has passed away, and my siblings do not want to give us our share of the inheritance. My mother is elderly and has Alzheimer's, and I have properties. My husband and children are concerned about the future in case something happens to me, as my siblings might claim a share through my mother. They suggested that I write a waiver document for my husband, stating that if I pass away, my properties will go to my husband with the condition of giving my mother her rights or satisfying her with any amount she wants, knowing that she does not need it. Is this permissible?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: This document takes the form of a will, and a will for an heir is not valid in religion or in law, so it is not considered, and there is no need for such fear. Leave the matter to God Almighty, and there is no need for such actions, as it is possible that your husband may die before you, and this knowledge is with God, and God knows best.
