I say, and with God's success: Whoever washes the parts of his ablution and does not let the water flow, as if he used it like oil, it is not permissible according to the apparent narration. Likewise, if he performed ablution with ice and nothing dripped from it, it is not permissible. However, if two or three drops dripped, it is permissible; due to the presence of flowing water.
