The Voice of a Woman
Is a woman's voice considered 'awrah? Is it forbidden for me to shout at my children or call them from outside the house in a loud voice?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's guidance: A woman's voice is a temptation, and it is disliked for her to raise it without necessity, and calling out loudly to children is not considered a necessity. And Allah knows best.
