The Validity of Saying: 'And Exalted is Your Majesty' in the Opening Supplication

Question
What is the validity of the prohibition against the worshiper saying in the opening supplication: 'And Exalted is Your Majesty'?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is recommended to say it. Al-Hakam bin Umayr said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to teach us: When you stand for prayer, raise your hands and do not contradict your ears, then say: Allahu Akbar, Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You, blessed is Your Name, and exalted is Your Majesty, and there is no deity but You. If you do not add anything to the Takbir, it will suffice you." This is found in Al-Mu'jam Al-Kabir 3: 218, and its chain is weak, as mentioned in Majma' Al-Zawa'id R2592, and Al-Darayah 1: 147. However, there are many hadiths on this matter, including: From Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), she said: "When the Prophet (peace be upon him) began the prayer, he would say: Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You, blessed is Your Name, and exalted is Your Majesty, and there is no deity but You... Then he would say: I seek refuge with Allah, the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing, from the accursed devil, from his whispers, his blowing, and his spitting." This is found in Sunan Al-Tirmidhi 2: 10, Al-Mustadrak 1: 465, and it was authenticated, and Sunan Abu Dawood 1: 206, among others.
