The Utterance of Words of Disbelief and Swearing by Divorce

Question
The husband prays and fasts, but when he is angry, he utters words of disbelief and frequently swears by divorce, such as saying to his son: 'Your mother is divorced if you do this.' The next day, the same action occurs, and this matter repeats?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Insulting the Divine is disbelief in God and a departure from the faith, and it is an apostasy from the religion of Islam. One re-enters Islam by reciting the testimony of faith again and repenting for his action. His marriage contract with his wife is nullified by his utterance of disbelief, and it is necessary to renew the marriage. Divorce occurs if the conditions for divorce are met, and he should consult the mufti to understand the matter, and he should not return to it. And God knows best.
