What is the ruling for someone who performed Tawaf around the Kaaba but did not pray the two Rak'ahs of Tawaf?
Answer
Answer: I say, and with God's success: The two rak'ahs of tawaf are obligatory after the tawaf, and it is permissible to pray them anywhere after the tawaf, and they remain due until prayed, and God knows best.
