I say, and with God's success: You are not required to pay zakat this Ramadan; because zakat is obligatory when a year has passed for the nisab. You should calculate when you possessed the nisab, and when a year is completed, you must pay the zakat. It is permissible for you to pay it before the year has passed, and God knows best.
