The Touch of the Quran
A Christian saw the Quran on a colleague's desk; he wanted to read it, but his colleague prevented him on the grounds that it is impure. Was her action correct?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: There is nothing preventing reading from the Mushaf and touching it; because he is not required to be in a state of purity until he converts to Islam, and perhaps his reading in it will be a reason for his conversion, and God knows best.
