I say, and with God's guidance: It is permissible for Christians to touch the Quran and to teach them what is in it, if we believe that they will convert to Islam. If you are assured that you will not disrespect the Quran and will fulfill its rights of reverence and honor, it is permissible to gift it to them, as it may be a means for their guidance.
