I say, and with God's help: It is disliked to touch a board or a dirham that has a verse from the Quran on it, except if the dirham is in a pouch - meaning what is placed in it is the dirhams, and it is not from his clothing that is attached to him - refer to: Durar al-Hukam 1: 20, and Sharh al-Wiqayah p. 126, and God knows best.
