I say, and with God's success: It is well-known that it is the night of the twenty-seventh; due to the abundance of reports regarding it. According to Abu Hanifa, it is in Ramadan, and it is not known which night it is, and it may come earlier or later. According to the other two, it is the same except that it is specified and does not come earlier or later. In the fatwas of Qadi Khan, it is well-known that it rotates in the year, so it can be in Ramadan and outside of it, as in the Sharnbalali: 213, and God knows best.
