The Superiority in Charity
Is it preferable for charity to be given to the poor and needy, or to buy shrouds for the expatriate poor and the poor of the country?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: All is good, and it is preferable to leave the estimation to the donor regarding which is in greater need, and to prioritize the poor of their own country over others, due to their right to the wealth of the rich in their country. And God knows best.
