The Significance of the Holy Quran

Question
Is the entire Quran definitive in meaning, or are there parts that are ambiguous in meaning, and others that are definitive?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Some verses are definitive in meaning, such as the verses of punishments: {So flog them with eighty lashes} [An-Nur: 4], and the verses of inheritance, and similar ones. There are also some verses that are ambiguous in meaning, like the interpreted verses: {And the divorced women should wait for three menstrual periods} [Al-Baqarah: 228], and God knows best.
