My daughter is 12 years old and has not yet reached puberty, but underarm hair has appeared. Does she have to wear the full hijab?

I say, and with God's success: Puberty is marked by menstruation, not by the appearance of hair. However, you should dress her in the hijab to avoid temptation and for her upbringing, and God knows best.
