The Share of the Ex-Husband and His Children from the Inheritance
I got married years ago and had children with my husband. By God's grace, my husband was financially capable, and we helped each other in saving a sum of money. I have a piece of land in my country. Then my husband divorced me, and I married another man. Will my current husband and his children inherit from me after my death, knowing that my money and assets were accumulated with my ex-husband when I was under his guardianship, and that my current husband's children are from his previous wife, and I do not have children with him?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: If your ex-husband has a right to your money, you must pay it to him, then what belongs to you will be inherited by your new husband and your children. And God knows best.
