The Sacrifice for the Child
Is the ruling of the sacrifice similar to the ruling of the aqeeqah, meaning that a boy has two and a girl has one?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is not obligatory for a father to sacrifice for his young children; if he does so voluntarily, one sacrifice suffices for the child, and God knows best.
