The Ruling on Zakat for Savings Set Aside for Education if There is No Other Source of Income
What is the ruling on Zakat for money saved for education if there is no other source of income? You said that Zakat is obligatory on it; how can one pay Zakat when they are in need of the money and cannot provide for their family with it?
