The Ruling on Zakat for Olive Trees from the Perspective of Ownership
Does someone who owns half of an olive farm have to pay Zakat when harvesting the fruits?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The owner of the land and the tenant must each pay zakat on their share, and God knows best.
