The Ruling on Wudu with the Presence of Mascara
Mascara, a makeup specifically for eyelashes, prevents water from reaching them, as do other cosmetics. Is it permissible to perform wudu while having it on?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Anything that prevents water from reaching what is underneath it invalidates the ablution, and God knows best.
