The Ruling on Working in What is Known as the Black Market in Europe
Is it permissible to work in what is known as the black market without the knowledge of the European country in which I reside, knowing that they deduct from my money and what I earn under flimsy pretexts, and that the state invests the amounts deducted from me?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: If countries impose taxes unjustly and oppress their subjects, it is permissible for them to evade them, and God knows best.
