Is it permissible to water the grave with water? What is the ruling on placing food for birds next to the graves, and does the deceased receive a reward for placing something that animals eat at their grave?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: There is no difference whether food is placed at a grave or in another place for birds or others, if the intention is to reward the deceased with this act, and God knows best.
