The Ruling on Water Reaching All of the Nail During Ablution

Question
What is the ruling on water reaching all of the nail? In the case of an artificial nail or gel, but it does not touch the part of the nail surrounding the skin, is the ablution valid?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The ablution is not valid unless the water reaches all the specified parts for ablution. If one of them is covered in a way that prevents the water from reaching it, the ablution is not valid, such as with artificial nails or nail polish. And God knows best.
