The Ruling on Water or Dirt Entering the Khuff
Does wiping over the khuffs become invalid if dirt or water enters from the top or bottom of the khuff?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If most of the man's foot is wet, the wiping is invalidated; otherwise, it is not invalidated regardless of where the water enters. Unlike dust, its entry does not harm, and God knows best.
