What is the ruling on the water found on the bathroom floor and what is the ruling if clothes become wet from this water?

I say, and with God's help: We do not rule it as impure unless we see impurity in it or find the smell of impurity in it. Therefore, the clothes that fall into it do not become impure unless the condition is met, and God knows best.
