The Ruling on Waswasa and the Discharge that Occurs Just by Mentioning Engagement for a Girl

Question
I am currently in a period of marriage, and when someone comes to propose to me and I am consulted about it, just thinking about the matter causes something similar to pre-seminal fluid to come out of me. Does this require me to wash the area, sprinkle my clothes, and perform ablution? Knowing that this is beyond my control, I am afraid for my prayers, and the waswasa (whispers of the devil) has started to dominate me, to the extent that I used to wash myself multiple times a day, just because of thoughts that might be normal. Since I stopped washing in this obsessive way, the thoughts have decreased significantly; however, when someone proposed to me, just talking about this subject caused fluid to come out of me, and the waswasa returned again. What do you advise?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: what comes out of you is merely an impurity that requires ablution, not full washing, and God knows best.
