What is the ruling on trading in stocks, such as if I give a financial amount to a company, and it trades with it, and I take profits in proportion to what I paid?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The original rule in trade is permissibility, and this type of trade is permissible unless the company is dealing in prohibited items, in which case it is not allowed. The profit must be a shared part, not a specific amount every month, for example, and God knows best.
